We are hiring a **Senior Specialist Rates & Distribution (M/F/x)** to join our family to be located in either Germany, Netherlands or the United Kingdom. As part of the global operations team, this role is key to ensuring rate integrity, visibility, and connectivity across all WorldHotels channels, while providing first-level support and consultancy to our Hotels worldwide.

**The main functions of the position are**:
**Rate Management**
- Global rate loading and mapping of branded campaigns.
- Conducting audits to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Supporting hotels and teams in new rate set-ups.

**Distribution & Partner Relations**
- Support with CRS, GDS, and interface inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners (e.g. STR, Lighthouse, TravelClick).
- Share best practices across hotels and internal teams.

**Rate Parity & Integrity**
- Monitor parity across channels using various tools (e.g. Lighthouse, TravelClick).
- Partner with revenue managers to ensure alignment.

**GDS Management**
- Maintain connectivity with major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
- Optimize SynXis usage and visibility.
- Conduct onboarding and visibility audits.

**Projects & Continuous Improvement**
- Drive process improvements and new procedures.
- Support knowledge sharing and training sessions.

**We need your**
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or CRS/GDS operations.
- strong understanding of SynXis CRS and major GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan).
- detail-orientation with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- proficiency in Excel.
- experience with rate parity tools is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Project management experience in rate or content distribution.
- Familiarity with hotel systems integrations and API connectivity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with revenue, sales, and IT teams.
