- Development and implementation of roadmap for assigned services in consultation with your team lead
- Implementation of strategic initiatives
- Working within the Service Delivery Framework roles, processes and tools;
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company specific requirements
- Measure and control performance for functionality and defined performance indicators
- Monitor the proper implementation of the service operation, definitions and control actions, with regard to contract-compliant service provision
- Capture, evaluate and analyse business requirements, providing recommendations for improvements and indeed new services where appropriate
- Planning and controlling projects
- Effective and regular communication with the relevant parties including regional counter-parts and business group representatives
- Proactively support knowledge management and communicate technically relevant information and changes in a timely manner to all service support units
- Leading community activities for relevant services
Ihr überzeugendes Profil
- Broad understanding of End User Devices concepts and dependencies within a Microsoft infrastructure enterprise, this should include client management, software packaging, client security, mobile device management
- Technical understanding of End User Device Solutions and dependencies
- A confident manner and capable at handling conflicts
- Working within ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking is essential to resolve issues
