You have completed your studies or are about to do so and are looking forward to contributing your acquired knowledge and creative ideas to our company without committing yourself to a specific job? In a period of 18 months and 6 stations of 3 months each, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the functional area of HR of an internationally operating company at various locations in Germany and abroad. You will be accompanied by experienced colleagues as mentors in your field of work. In addition, you will develop your professional and methodological skills on-the-job and off-the-job in seminars and training courses, such as project management and presentation training. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and/or sustainable issues. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees, so you will also have the chance to exchange ideas. You will have the opportunity to expand your network from the first day of work and lay the foundation for your career start in HR

During the trainee program, you will get to know the different HR areas and processes and will be responsible for taking on and implementing projects both nationally and internationally-
- You will gain experience and build knowledge at the operational and strategic level-
- By working at different locations, in various business areas and departments, you will have the opportunity to build an international, group-wide network-
- You will be involved in workforce planning, recruitment and development, giving you exposure to the employee cycle**Requirements**:
You have completed your master's degree (e.g. in business administration, psychology, social sciences or comparable) with a personnel-specific focus and above-average success-
- You have gained initial practical HR experience, e.g. through an internship and working student activities-
- You can already prove your mobility by first experiences abroad, we require business fluent German and English in word and writing.-
- Your operational as well as procedural understanding with regard to end2end responsibility is strong-
- You view issues holistically and from different perspectives and independently develop creative solutions from them-
- Your strengths include a high level of interpersonal skills and empathy, as well as a strong sense of responsibility-
