Support Specialist Europe

We are looking for a dynamic problem solver to join our Customer Experience team. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to oversee the creation and distribution of event apps, attendee management systems and on-site services at the highest level
**YOU WILL**:
- You will ensure that projects are delivered accurately and to a high quality. Our clients are mainly professional event planners from organizations or large corporations. The end customers of our products, however, are participants from all over the world in all age groups and industries.
- You are the first point of contact for our great customers when they need help (via chat, mail and phone).
- Coordinate and manage our team of experts around the globe to ensure that our clients' projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Advising clients in the area of further development as well as in the operative project business.
- You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute in all areas of the business while supporting and building relationships with a variety of EventMobi clients around the world.
- You will take responsibility for solving problems from start to finish
- Proactively identifying the needs of our clients* and adapting our products and services to meet those needs.
- Taking on board and acting on customer feedback to improve business development.
- Limited evening and weekend work may be required to manage peak periods depending on client needs.
- Some travel may be required for team meetings or support customers onsite.
**YOU HAVE**:

- **A talent for setting and meeting expectations**. Clients get what we promise and we only promise what we can deliver.
- **Outstanding communication skills**: You know that effective communication is not just about content, it's also about taking the time to listen and understand. You can explain complicated concepts simply and describe the simplest processes in detail.
- **Helping customers to adopt technology**: Some _customer service experience in the software industry_ will be very welcomed.
- Can you make the right decisions that benefit both customers and the company? We are looking for people who are **passionate about engaging and retaining customers**.
- Your native language is **English** and you speak **German** on **B1 level.**:
- While we're at it, list your wishes: In a perfect world, you have **experience in the web or event sector**.
**REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS**:
- You have a safe, comfortable and ergonomic workspace - as a Fully Remote company, a private and quiet work environment is important for you to be able to concentrate and work efficiently.
- You have a reliable internet connection with an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps and a download speed of 50 MBit/s via Ethernet or WLAN.
