**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- Establishes, implements, maintain existing and new policies and procedures regarding document structure and quality processes, documents and reports, in accordance with defined standards
- Ensures security of system and integrity over document processing, reproduction, distribution, storage, or archiving
- Ensures that all policies and processes are up to date and implemented in timely manner
- Analyse, interpret, or disseminate system performance data
- Represent the Quality team in implementation of Cybex QMS and all Cybex digitalisation projects and initiatives
- Support preparing the Monthly Reports for the Management Team
- Ensure that all automated forms used (Nintex, PowerApps,) have a defined process or policy established in Cybex Excellence System
- Deliver training for all new processes and policies as well refresh training for existing processes and policies
- Prepare an audit plan for internal audits (Example: process, systems)

**Your profile of qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of laws and regulations regarding document management
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, German language is an advantage
