Developing and leading global Sales Initiatives together with the regions towards our customers to identify and satisfy their needs. Innomotics has the most modern and efficient electric drive technology and highly qualified services. Together, these help them continuously improve the productivity, availability, and operational safety of their processes and thus optimize the use of resources. Our products, solutions, and services for efficient energy use also contribute to solving the critical environmental problems of our time. **Organization**: The Sales Professional Drives will report to the global Head of Service Sales Drives and work closely with the HQ and regional management and Sales teams. **Key tasks include**: The Sales Professional is the owner and person in charge of a dedicated sales initiative or vertical and drives the economic success of a product in the market. From a HQ point of view, he oversees the business performance of the portfolio/ customer / vertical development. He supports and steers the regions and factories to fulfill and achieve given KPI’s and Sales targets. From region and factory point of view, he serves the business to strengthen the global business setup with the target to achieve the best result for overall Innomotics business. Sales Activities - Keeps the overall view on the business and aligns each interest between region and factory to serve the customer and to achieve the best sales result for Innomotics Customer Services - Drives the dedicated Sales initiative together with the dedicated person in the region supports the region in customer meetings if required Support Activities - Supports to identify, follow up and win business opportunities together with the regions - Supports to technical, clarify unclear situations or supports to find the right person to address the topic - Supports to pre-define must win projects to help the region to receive proper support from the factories and Service Delivery Organization to increase opportunity probabilities - Informs about best practices of other regions and sales initiatives - Supports to strengthen the IBase, Portfolio Selling including CRM setup and data transparency - Supports the region in customer meetings if required Management & Strategy Activities - Keeps track on the KPI fulfillment and set business targets - Supports to address and clarify issues and problems - Increases management attention to support the business in the region especially for must win projects and strategic important customers - Is responsible for business strategies and future orientation of the portfolio to ensure that the business is growing in relation to the given KPI’s and targets - Delivers input for Portfolio Management, based on customer and regional input to improve the portfolio elements **Your profile.** - You graduated in a technical University Degree, experienced technician or equivalent and you have long-term experience in Sales and business development - You have a Service and sales-oriented mindset as well a good knowledge in MV-Drives (not necessarily detailed technical expertise). - Your set of skills include deep understanding of Service and Sales - You are comfortable and capable of identifying Customer and regional needs in an uncertain environment that can change quickly. - You have collected working knowledge with Customers and Regions in an international environment - You are good in establishing trust with people and able connect quickly with different countries and cultures - You are characterized as passionate and self-starter with a can-do attitude. - Moreover, you must be able to travel approximately 15% of your working time. **Our benefits.** - 30 days of vacation per calendar year - Flexible working models - Pension benefits - Development opportunities - Health care offerings - Childcare subsidy - Employer subsidy for "Deutschlandticket” - Canteens with lower prices for employees - Access to a benefits portal with attractive employee offers **Make your mark in our exciting world. #JoinReliableMotion #Te
