3D Animator/motion Designer

The 3D Animator/Motion Designer works as a part of the Creative Marketing Team in to support our global marketing operations.

This is a part-time freelance position, estimated at around 20 hours per week. Although our team is based in Berlin, we're happy to consider anyone who thinks they would be suited to the role, provided there is enough overlap with the Central European Timezone.

**Key tasks**:

- Provide animated and still 3D assets to support Starberry's video marketing campaigns and concepts
- Execute animatics according to direction and storyboards provided by the Creative Marketing Team
- Build up in-house expertise in visual communication
- Research new tools and production workflow

**Who should apply**:

- People with experience with 3D animation and modeling and 3D game environments such as Unity and Unreal
- People with knowledge of character rigging
- People who are able to create and implement textures/shaders for 3D assets
- People who have worked with project management tools such as Figma, Miro, Kanban

**Bonus points for**:

- Knowledge of film and animation genres, and ability to create within their styles
- Advanced concept of visual language - perspective, point of view, proportion, color, composition, framing, etc
