(Senior) Development Quality Specialist

**My duties**
- Main responsible for the operational implementation of the change and problem resolution process within the solutions
- Make decisions on strategies for identifying the root cause and actively monitors the specification and implementation of the solution
- Responsible for configuration change control activities in a project throughout the project lifecycle, including the daily management of change requests
- Establish, execute and improve/optimize the change and failure resolution management processes within the project and in cooperation with stakeholders/brands
- Collaborate with the requirements, configuration andproduct management as well as work together closely with developers, project, quality and other management roles
- Handle a variety of change requests in different ticket systems such as JIRA, KPM and others
- Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE® and other relevant standards and customer processes

**My qualifications**
- Successful completed studies in the field of electronics, information technology or a comparable course of studies
- Proven experience in the field of problem and resolution management and change request handling
- Good knowledge in software and system development processes, tools and architecture, you know the basics of Automotive SPICE®, UNECE and/or ISO 26262
- Overall understanding of system and (embedded) software development processes
- Knowledge of configuration management standards, practices and tools
- Experience in working as part of agile teams on a solution based level; Scrum, SAFe, CI/CD or PI Planning are not just buzzwords for you
- Communication and networking is part of your skillset
- Fluent German and English language skills
