Beschreibung
- Steuerung und Koordination von Subunternehmern und eigenem Personal vor Ort
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards (z.'¯B. nach VCA/SCC, LMRA)
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, externe Partner und interne Projektbeteiligte
- Ãœberwachung der Baufortschritte, Identifikation von Risiken und Berichterstattung an die Projektleitung
- Qualitätskontrollen über alle Bauphasen hinweg bis zur Endabnahme
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Bewertung von Arbeitsplänen
- Organisation der Material
- und Geräteeinsätze vor Ort
- Dokumentation, Zeiterfassung und Berichte
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.'¯B. im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
- Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter oder in ähnlicher Rolle auf großen Industriebaustellen, idealerweise im Bereich Energieversorgung
- Sicherer Umgang mit deutschen und englischen Fachbegriffen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Baustellenorganisation
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen
