The Compliance department at Finance in Motion enables FiM to cope with non-financial risks by continuously enhancing FiM's Compliance framework ranging from Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Markets Compliance, take precautions concerning Insider Trading, prevention of Sanctions breaches, Anti-Bribery and Corruption measures, Anti-Fraud provisions, Cybercrime attacks and ensure the protection of company and personal data.**Key responsibilities**:

- Continuous business advisory and close collaboration with the Finance in Motion Investor Relations team
- Understanding, and managing regulatory requirements and concerns in regard to the distribution of alternative investments funds in various markets with stakeholders
- Definition and management of markets compliance relevant policies and procedures including definition of outstanding policies, procedures, and processes ensuring compliance with AIFMD / KAGB, MiFiD / WpHG / MaComp, and MAR
- Management of external and internal audits on markets compliance and remediation of findings
- Regular refining and implementation of markets compliance risk-based controls, risk analysis and the associated risk profile
- Knowledge sharing and training initiatives for new products, distribution channels and markets and investor communication
- Advisory, research and management of new business-, product - and markets initiatives such markets compliance assessment in new product processes
- Management of markets compliance relevant conflict of register, insider lists, ad hoc publications, and personal account dealings

**What we expect**:

- Significant relevant professional experience in the markets compliance field, preferably in the asset management industry
- Sound understanding of the relevant financial sector regulations such as AIFMD, MiFID, MAR
- Knowledge of financial markets and products and related risks with main focus on asset managers
- Willingness to identify tailor-made solutions for non-standard investor and distribution business
- Degree in economics, business administration, finance, law, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills enhanced by excellent intercultural skills and sensitivity
- Goal oriented and fully committed to delivering high quality results under tight deadlines
