We are now hiring a
**Managing Director Sales & Business Development **to continue developing the charging network in Germany. In this role, you will be the main driver expanding Qwello’s presence all over Germany.

**Your Responsibilities \uD83D\uDE80**:

- Lead the sales and business development team in Germany
- Foster and grow the customer base in public and semi-public space
- Lead the long-term strategic planning of sales in Germany to achieve growth and profitability objectives
- Derive market segments and the according approaches with relevant portfolio and product features to match our customer requirements and exceed their expectations
- Ensure that the sales approach ist properly structured and documented in our CRM tool
- Proactively share knowledge and experience with the team
- Coordinate closely with the Managing Director “Implementation and Operations”

**Your Profile ✨**:

- At least 7 years of successful experience in sales and leading sales teams
- Extensive knowledge in working in a B2G environment with public institutions, cities and municipalities
- First experience with EV charging infrastructure is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others
- Ability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities
- Fluency in German and English
- A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
