Your Tasks
- Leadership and further development of a team for testing and the assembly and disassembly of PEM electrolysis stack prototypes
- Coordination, elaboration and execution of disassembly protocols in preparation for pos-mortem analysis
- Responsible for performing mechanical tests on electrolysis stack and components to determinde the properties in close cooperation with the specialist team
- Safe and compliant management of a laboratory for the conduct of tests
- Carrying out or organising safety instructions and risk assessments that enabe safe working with pressurised and live components
- Design an dconstruction of new test facilities for the mechanical characterisation of stacks and stack-components
- Cross-site assurance and communication of work results and expertise

Your Profile
- Masters' degree in mechanical engineering or comparable background
- Experience in operating a test facility for determinung mechanical properties
- Good knowledge in the use of pressure equioment
- Experience in sealing an plastics technology and/or plate heat exchangers
- Pleasure in independently carrying out and managing development projects within the scope of specialist responsibilities
- Self-dependent, systematic and structured working-style, high degree of self-reliance and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, diplomatic skills and presausiveness to achieve challenging goals
- Very good knowledge of english, written and spoken
