**as werden deine Aufgaben sein**

Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen:

- Entwicklung und Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen und -materialien für SAP Financials, für Selbstlerner und Klassenraumtraining.- icherstellung, dass alle Schulungsunterlagen aktuell und in Übereinstimmung mit den neuesten SAP-Versionen und Unternehmensrichtlinien sind.

Durchführung von Schulungen:
- lanung und Durchführung von Schulungen für verschiedene Zielgruppen, wie Kunden, Partner und interne Mitarbeiter.

Erarbeitung neuer Konzepte zur Wissensvermittlung:
- ntwicklung innovativer Schulungskonzepte und Methoden zur effektiven Vermittlung von SAP Financials-Know-how.
- inbindung von E-Learning-Plattformen und interaktiven Tools zur Verbesserung der Lernerfahrung.

Zusätzliche Aufgaben:
- eratung der Schulungsteilnehmer und Abteilungen bei der Anwendung von SAP Financials.
- nterstützung bei der Implementierung und Anpassung von SAP Financials-Lösungen gemäß den Anforderungen des Unternehmens.
- icherstellung der Qualität und Effektivität der Schulungsprogramme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie IT, Finanzen und HR zur Abstimmung von Schulungsbedarfen und -inhalten sowie Kooperation mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern zur Weiterentwicklung und Anreicher

**Das solltest du mitbringen**

Starke didaktische Erfahrung sowohl bei der Konzeption von Schulungsinhalten als auch im Unterrichten inklusive virtueller Präsentationsmethoden.- enntnis zur Nutzung von SAP Software im Bereich des Rechnungswesens speziell Financial Accounting
- enntnisse von Social Learning Methoden
- ließende Deutschkenntnisse
- ließende Englischkenntnisse
- aster oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
