WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the first Head of Performance Marketing (M/F/x), you are our scaling hero. You will work closely with the founding team and build up an international DTC brand

Aufgaben

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead your own team: You will enable, motivate, and manage our marketing & growth team with full responsibility.
- Strategize & implement: You own the definition and implementation of the end-to-end-growth strategy. Together with the founders you will set priorities and are their sparring partner for all things marketing and growth BI.
- Be bold: You will set ambitious customer acquisition and retention targets and know how to leverage all performance channels (incl. SEA, Paid Social, Display, Influencer, CRM) to achieve them.
- Go international: We have successfully launched our product in the German market, next destination is the rest of the world

Qualifikation

YOUR SKILLS
- A strong track record in an e-commerce or marketplace growth startup
- Several years of experience in leading teams across several marketing channels (SEA, Social, Display, Influencer, CRM). Experience in building a KPI-led marketing function with the relevant tools and processes
- Excellent analytical abilities in designing and running effective campaigns, incl. experience in conversion rate optimization, and testing methodologies
- A strategy mindset and the ability to turn big visions into actionable tasks
- Strong communication and influencing skills - clear, concise, and persuasive in style
- You are enthusiastic, a self-starter and result-driven
- Enthusiasm for startups/entrepreneurship as well as food, health, and nutrition
- You are fluent in German (min. C1) and English
