**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for technical indirect categories, including CAPEX, Energy, Facility Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising quality or service
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to make informed procurement decisions
- Cooperate with various departments such as finance, legal, and operations to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives
- Consulting in risk management with suppliers, contracts, and market volatility to safeguard the organization's interests

- English and German: Business fluent
- IT Skills: SAP Ariba advantageous
