Are you a detail-oriented and proactive accountant seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions is seeking a skilled **Senior Accountant** to join our growing team in Berlin. In this key role, you'll be integral to financial reporting, treasury operations, and client equity coordination within a diverse portfolio of real estate investments.

Our Investment, Accounting, and Reporting Solutions division operates on a global scale, with offices strategically located in the Germany, UK, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, and Poland. As a Senior Accountant, you will collaborate with a committed team to ensure that our reporting services align with client expectations and industry standards.

**About the Role**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and client reporting packages.
- Analyse and compile financial data, ensuring accuracy in P&L calculations and reporting.
- Manage daily treasury, cash management, and accounting operations for the portfolio.
- Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accurate transaction recording.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on financing arrangements and loan execution.
- Troubleshoot accounting issues and respond to client requests with a service-oriented approach.
- Participate in system testing and implementation projects.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise across disciplines.
- Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
- Collaborate across teams to support operational and project-based initiatives.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a fund or real estate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
- German and English language skills.
