Within the Banking Division, Structured Export Finance originates, structures, and executes loans covered by export credit agencies, development finance institutions and private risk insurers in both developed and developing markets across a wide range of financing structures.

The Senior Transactor sources and leads transactions end to end with the support of a deal team.

**Senior Transactor Structured Export Finance (Director)**(M/F/d)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver pitches to borrowers, sponsors, exporters, agencies, insurers and banks
- Follow through on ideas and convert leads into offers and mandates
- Lead cross-functional deal teams to execute deals to the highest standards
- Supervise, mentor and guide junior transactors through the deal-making process

**Requirements**:

- Export / project financier, structurer and dealmaker with 10+ years’ relevant experience
- Driven individual with critical thinking and superior organisation skills
- Effective and concise communicator, team-oriented “hands on” individual
- Educated to Masters’ level with fluency in English and another language (German preferred)

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 100.000 euros.
