**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du entwickelst das Design für die UI & UX unserer Plattform weiter
- Du bist die Stimme unserer Nutzer:innen im Unternehmen und übernimmst die Verantwortung für Themen wie Usability
- Du bist beteiligt an Product Discovery Prozessen und baust in Figma Prototypen für unser internes De-Risking
- Du testest neue Prototypen mit unseren B2B Kunden
- Du bist Teil unseres Produktteams und arbeitest eng mit unserem Chief Product Officer zusammen
- Du bist verantwortlich für unser Design System und unseren Style Guide
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Designer
- Du hast Erfahrung in lösungsorientiertem, nutzerzentriertem Design
- Du bist mit den gängigen Design
- und Prototyping-Tools vertraut (z.B. Figma, Zeplin, etc.)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Usability-Tests, Interaktions-Design, User Flows und ähnlichen Konzepten
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und kannst dich auch schriftlich gut in beiden Sprachen ausdrücken**Was wir bieten**:
