Acts as a key interface to Japan for Global Procurement Enablers. **The role** - Interface between the IT support team in Japan and international users - Analyzes the data quality to improve global purchasing database through data tests and comparisons with historical data or data that are made available by other specialist departments, and subsequent establishment of rules - Quarterly update of the data through collection of purchasing data from different sources worldwide to update the database - Independent implementation of data mapping and enrichment as well as the normalization of data - Data quality management (setting up and measuring KPIs, planning activities to improve KPIs) - Coordination with team members in Germany and Japan to discuss and implement improvement opportunities in Japanese, German and English - Support of worldwide database users, administration of the global database support mailbox - Conduct training for users and improve system usage - Management of system operations (change request management, permission management) - Creation of reports and support for purchasing experts in their further processing, e.g. B. when creating global category plans - Independent creation of training material and recording of training videos for various tools - Project lead for "Digital Procurement" for the digital transformation of purchasing (topics: market intelligence, RPA, social media) - Project lead for Global Procurement Projects for the transformation of purchasing (e.g. Green procurement, market intelligence, RPA, social media) - Evaluation and presentation of the project results to management committees - Implementation of standards and automation on a global level **Your experience** - Excellent understanding of database and workflow systems (SQL, Access and ServiceNow) - Knowledge management / SharePoint skills - Advanced numerical and excel skills - Good written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, Japanese and German desirable - Strong presentation skills - Ability to translate complex processes into systems - Ability to communicate and train end users and explain complex dependencies in an understandable way - Strong interpersonal skills - Procurement and Business Intelligence tool knowledge **Shape your world and achieve together** We are Fujitsu.
