**Team Lead Cyber Security**

**What to expect**:

- Cybersecurity and IT Governance topic portfolio development going forward.
- Providing guidance to our clients on modernization and digitization initiatives in the information security field.
- Projects aimed at transforming ISMS, SIEM/SOC, cloud security, and cyber resilience.
- Create offers and write contracts, organise pitches and customer meetings, and present them.
- Developing new fields of study and presenting one's own concepts and model solutions to pertinent decision-makers.
- Expansion and disciplinary control of a multicultural team of up to 10 individuals.

**Personal Requirements**:

- A degree in economics, computer science, or a related field.
- It would be ideal to have knowledge of pertinent legal requirements (such as BAIT, MARISK, GDPR, and IT security law) and standards (such as BSI basic protection catalogues, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001).
- Understanding the legal framework governing banking procedures, expertise in customer relationship management and customer advice, as well as both, will help you with us.
- Your passion and dependable, organised, and adaptable work style set you apart.
- You also have sophisticated thinking, are creative, and like giving presentations.
- Excellent command of both German and English.
- Consultancy entails adaptability: Your project assignment, which may entail both hybrid work and on-site tasks, relies on our customers and the specifics of your project.
