The Decisions Alliance's goal is to enable HelloFresh to build a rapid feedback loop around understanding our customers, utilizing AI/ML capabilities, and finding the best way to communicate with them. We're responsible for the company's Communications, Customer Data, Experimentation, and MLOps Platforms. Our team works on a variety of technologies ranging from high throughput, real-time communications systems to deep statistical libraries to large-scale machine learning training pipelines. **The role**:
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager in Berlin, New York or remote to expand our MLOps platform and scale the usage of machine learning at HelloFresh. Our product managers are part of a cross-functional team of engineers and scientists who work together to build innovative and valuable data products in an agile, highly collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to create and own the vision for your team and work on making that a reality.

**What you’ll do**:

- Own vision, strategy, development, and use of global data and machine learning products
- Collaborate with your users and stakeholders to drive testing and experimentation with machine learning solutions
- Define OKRs and KPIs with your team, track their progress, and use them to prioritize initiatives, creating your product roadmap
- Keep up on industry trends that help us evaluate the company’s needs and continuously innovate
- Mentor, support, and collaborate with other product managers across the organization

**What you’ll bring**:

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and commercial functions, to discover and deliver valuable solutions
- Proven track record of shipping end to end data and machine learning powered products
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and data platforms (e.g. AWS, Databricks)
- Basic knowledge of different machine learning models and architectures as well as scalable training and inference infrastructure
