As a Senior Designer at yfood, you’ll shape our brand across all channels. You’ll lead the art direction, create worlds with generative AI tools, and push concepts and designs to the next level. You know what makes a look work - and how to build it with attitude. Ready to shake things up? Let’s go.
What you’ll do
- Concept, create and deliver bold, on-brand designs across multiple channels
- Lead and coach our art direction - turning creative chaos into clarity
- Use tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT & co. - smart, creative, efficient
- Own the visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Confidently present your ideas - internally and externally
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content and external creatives
- Mentor mid-level designers and freelancers - you lead with purpose and presence

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
What you bring
- At least 5 years’ experience in agency or brand design - you know the game
- You're a true Senior - confident, clear-headed, and strong in creative leadership
- A portfolio that speaks for itself - with concept, class and edge
- Trend-savvy but never a copycat - you’ve got your own visual voice
- Cross-channel experience - online, offline, social, POS - you’ve done it all
- Bonus: you know your way around shoots, packaging and point of sale
- You lead art direction - with vision and heart
- Serious design chops and a sharp eye for type, color, layout and storytelling
- Experience with generative AI and a talent for crafting smart, creative prompts
- Pro skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and confident with Figma
- You know how to prepare flawless print files, no sweat
- German fluent (native level), English strong and confident
