**What you’ll do**
- You're responsible for the conception and implementation of Sky's corporate social responsibility activities in Germany - with a focus on the „Sky Cares“ & „Sky Zero“ programmes - and also support colleagues in Austria with advice on the selection and implementation of local activities in this area
- The analysis of consumption data, the conceptual development of improvement measures and the supervision of a certified environmental data reporting according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocal Standard are part of your daily business, as well as the coordination of audits between the national companies of the Sky Group
- You'll take care of the strategic development of sustainability topics and the planning of communication measures for the areas of environment/responsibility in business processes and for social commitment
- Your tasks will also include the conceptualisation and implementation of sustainability issues - in line with the Sky Group strategy
- You'll work closely with communications colleagues to ensure that our corporate social responsibility activities are appropriately positioned and represented internally and externally
- You're the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all Sky Cares and Sky Zero activities

**What you’ll bring**
- You've a university degree, ideally in the field of business administration or economics, as well as 6-8 years of professional experience in the field of corporate social responsibility
- You've already experience in personnel management and project management
- A holistic and cross-thematic way of thinking distinguishes you and you're able to quickly familiarise yourself with complex issues
- The analysis of data and the ability to present it to others - in German and English - is one of your strengths
- You describe yourself as creative, open to new ideas and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner of expression set you apart from others
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile
