- Project and Management Assistant (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Inhaltliche und organisatorische Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Präsentationen mit Powerpoint und CANVA in deutscher und in englischer Sprache
- Regelmäßige Nachverfolgung der innerhalb der Projekte festgelegten to-dos (intern und extern) zur Einhaltung von Fristen
- Aufarbeitung von Informationen der europäischen Niederlassungen
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Besprechungen im In
- und Ausland sowie Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden bei der Reiseplanung
- Meeting
- und Reiseplanung für Division und Deputy Division Manager

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Erste Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung sowie ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
