We're looking for you to join the Training team

**What you’ll do**
- Your task is the conception and coordination of training and further development measures of the Customer Service for different target groups.
- You act as a communicative interface and contact person (M/F/d) for departments and trainers and advise operational departments on training and development topics
- You'll be responsible for training needs analysis with a focus on KPI development from both projects and operations, identifying areas for action and integrating new findings into training courses
- In particular, the continuous training and development of customer consultants and trainers as well as the optimization of training methodology, didactics and processes are part of your daily business
- You take on independent projects and tasks, coordinate training events and drive your own initiatives forward
- You enjoy conceptualizing and implementing digital trainings as well as taking over tasks in the Learning Management System (E-Learning) and other administrative tasks.
- Your main training topics range from contract and product topics to the responsibility for various systems such as the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce), a new product (Sky Glass) and service in digital channels in the near
- and farshore area as well as trainings and workshops for specific customer advisor teams

**What you’ll bring**
- You've a degree with a focus on (business/media) education, psychology, business administration, educational planning (instructional design) or a comparable field of study as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in the conception, implementation and planning of training measures in corporate education and training or in adult education (trainer training and experience in the customer service environment)
- Through your practical experience, you've been able to acquire extensive competencies in the creation of digital learning concepts - in addition, you've many years of experience in moderation and methodological confidence as a trainer both in the digital environment and in face-to-face trainings
- You've an affinity for technology and technical understanding as well as a high level of analytical ability in the area of key figures
- You describe yourself as willing to learn, communicative and a team player, your way of working as independent, structured and goal-oriented.
- In addition to a strong customer orientation and hands-on mentality coupled with empathy and a high level of self-motivation, you're flexible, able to work under pressure and willing to travel
- Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
