**About the Job**:
**Your Fairway**:

- Lead the creative team and provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to ensure a high level of creativity and productivity
- Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing and advertising materials, including print, digital, and broadcast campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, to define and execute on the company's creative vision
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and marketing trends and bring new and innovative ideas to the table
- Manage the creative budget and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior management and clients, and successfully sell and defend creative solutions

**Your Scorecard**:

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering impactful work
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and marketing projects across various mediums
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a strong attention to detail
- A bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field is preferred
