Digital sales is a rapidly growing business model for PAYBACK. At the Berlin site, there is a cross-functional team of Business, Product & Tech (also called Crew), which has holistic responsibility (you build it, you run it) for its products.

As a Senior Product Owner at PAYBACK, you have overall responsibility for your products and create solutions that are both loved by end customers and fulfill business needs.

We are looking for a strong personality with an agile mindset and the drive to help build and shape the Berlin site. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that shapes the success of PAYBACK's Digital Sales and is closely linked to our product teams in Munich.

**YOUR TASK**
- You are the CEO of your products, create the product roadmap and are responsible for ensuring that solutions are both valuable and viable
- You understand the business, partner and customer needs and design end-to-end product solutions that meet these needs
- You know the product KPIs, iterate and optimise the product based on insights
- You work in a Digital Sales Trinity together with the Business Owner (responsible for business success) and the Technical Owner (responsible for the technical platform) as well as closely with development teams in the implementation of new innovative products and iterations of existing products
- You manage internal stakeholders, understand their needs and translate them into product solutions, user stories and technical requirements
- You establish the link between business requirements, user needs, data science, engineering and analytics
- You are the person for all questions concerning the Digital Sales products (especially affiliate connections and our rewards shop)

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have several years of sound professional experience as a product owner for eCommerce in the affiliate sector, have acquired a very good technical understanding and understand how systems work end-to-end
- You enjoy working with data flows and models as well as interfaces
- In addition to frontend, you also have a love for backend & data
- You enjoy strategic issues as well as managing complexity
- You are characterized by a hands-on attitude and enjoy implementing products - from the idea to writing the user story and implementation to the go-live (as part of a/your scrum team)
- You are confident in stakeholder management and can weigh up different interests, mediate and find solutions
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile
