Responsibilities / Aufgaben:

- You are a member of the GBS-Leadership team
- You are responsible for managing domestic and international treasury operations, including Working Capital management, cash management, liquidity management, financial risk, M&A integration, intercompany lending, dividends and capital injections
- You manage a team of five associates
- You define the strategy and objectives of Treasury & Risk Management in alignment with the Vice President Global Treasury & Risk
- You are monitoring compliance with corporate policies and controls in the execution of Global Treasury strategies for HAVI Supply Chain
- You also oversee the Insurance Function for HAVI Supply Chain and str responsible for managing the international Marine Cargo program
- You are a key point of contact for external parties such as bankers, other lenders and insurance brokers; as well as internal parties such as the VP Global Treasury & Risk, the senior management and various finance and operations-related personnel

Desired Skills & Experience / Qualifikationen u. Erfahrungen:

- Many years of experience in Treasury operations in a global company
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance or other related fields
- MBA, CPA or CFA preferred
- Experience in managing people / teams
- Curious and an open minded personality
- Advanced knowledge of banking practices, Cash Management, FX Management & Lending activities
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, across all levels of management
- Ability to liaise effectively with multiple business partners and colleagues across the organization
- Experience with Treasury Systems & Tools
- Must have strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and qualitative skills
- High energy, self-motivation, and commitment to achieve objectives
- Being results driven, self-confident, assertive, and persuasive
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams and Powerpoint) & SAP FI
