Knospe-Lerncenter is a leading provider of behavioral, speech, and occupational therapy services across Germany. Since 2004, we’ve supported over 3,000 children and families with services grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based practices. Our clients range from infants to adults, supported by German social services and international health insurers.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled **Clinical Psychologist** to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping children and families thrive through evidence-based psychological care. You'll provide direct therapy, assessments, and support in a collaborative and innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (ABA occupational, physical and speech therapists)
- Monitor and document client progress
- Attend case conferences and contribute to treatment planning

**Qualifications**
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (required)
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist (required)
- Experience in rehabilitation, developmental disorders, or behavioral health is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
- **German language is not required**
