WHAT TO EXPECT
As an experienced and service-oriented individual, you will coordinate the exchange process for international exchange students who are interested in spending one or two semesters at FH Münster
You will advise and inform students about the possibilities of an exchange semester at FH Münster.
You will creatively plan FHiRST activities and other support measures for international students and be responsible for coordinating the team of tutors.
The administration of external funding (including DAAD funding) will also be part of your responsibilities.
Together with a motivated team at the International Office, you will promote processes of internationalisation at FH Münster.
YOUR BACKGROUND
In addition to having a degree, you also have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English.
You are familiar with administrative and coordination tasks in higher education, e.g. in an International Office.
Having also spent several months abroad, you are confident in dealing with different cultures.
Precision, meticulousness, advisory expertise, organisational skills and a solution-focused way of working round off your profile.
You are familiar with standard Office software programs and ideally have experience with the Mobility Online software program and the Erasmus Dashboard.
WE OFFER YOU
We can offer you part-time employment (75%) for a fixed term of two years for this exciting role.
You will receive remuneration up to pay grade 9b of the Public Sector Collective Agreement of the Federal States (TV-L), depending on your personal qualifications.
As part of an international team, you will sometimes work in different locations, occasionally at weekends or in the evenings.
As a family-friendly university, we offer a flexible working model, including days working from home.
