Trainer Surgical

**Responsibilities**:

- You develop, implement and continuously improve sales training's with focus on products, procedures and sales for internal staff (sales representative, product managers and local trainers)
- You develop and implement new training concepts
- You develop and update blended-learning material
- You evaluate the success of trainings and their sustainability as well as the quality of trainings
- You cooperate with European Product Management

Your qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Science, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
- Basic medical background
- Preferable experience as a trainer in the medical field
- Preferable experience in a sales role
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology
- High communication and teaching skills
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Media competencies for on-line and on-site training as well as the creation of training material
- Team player
- Willingness to Travel
