**Sie sind bei uns verantwortlich für**:

- Mitgestaltung der IT-Security & Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen sowie deren Absicherung
- Administration und Support von Routern, Switchen, sowie Firewalls, Proxys, E-Mail-Gateways
- Administration und Support von Monitoring Software
- und Diensten
- Unterstützung und Troubleshooting im 2nd/3rd Level Support
- Monitoring, Troubleshooting sowie Performanceanalyse von auftretenden Störungen
- Begleitung von Audits im Fachbereich
- Projektarbeit von anstehenden IT-Security und Netzwerk-Projekten
- Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Fundierte und nachweisliche Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, IT-Sicherheit und Cloud (Azure)
- Kenntnisse von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und deren Umsetzungen
- Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse im Handel
- Erfahrung mit selbstständig geführten Projekten in den relevanten Bereichen
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung inkl. Incident & Change-Management Prozesse
- Kommunikations
- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Lösungs-, Kunden
- und Prozessorientierung sowie Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen
