**Payment Operations Specialist (m/w/d)**

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Überwachung und Testen von Zahlungsvorgängen, um deren Genauigkeit und Einhaltung der Richtlinien sicherzustellen
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Tickets zu Zahlungen, Auszahlungen und Betrugsfällen
- Unterstützung und Beratung des Managements bei Themen zu Zahlungsmethoden und -systemen
- Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Optimierung interner Online-Zahlungssysteme
- Analyse und Lösung von zahlungsbezogenen Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams, um Entwicklungszyklen effizient zu planen und klar definierte Anforderungen (User Stories) bereitzustellen
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Leitfäden

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Online Zahlungen ist von Vorteil
- Technisches Grundverständnis und praktische Kenntnisse in Tools wie JIRA, Confluence oder SQL sind ein Plus
- Fähigkeit, Aufgaben effizient zu priorisieren und strukturierte Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Software und Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise, eine praktische Herangehensweise und der Anspruch, exzellente Ergebnisse zu liefern
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit internen und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich, um mit internationalen Kunden und Kollegen zu kommunizieren
