Verstärken Sie unser Team für 15-25h/Woche am Standort Hamburg als
**Associate Administration (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Mitarbeit bei allen anfallenden Sekretariatsaufgaben inkl. Bearbeitung der Ein
- und Ausgangspost, Organisation und Pflege der Ablage sowie Entgegennahme und Weiterleiten von Telefonanrufen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und des Entwicklerteams
- Assistenz bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten im vielseitigen Firmenverbund
- Bearbeitung und Erstellung umfangreicher Dokumente wie Verträge und Schriftsätze sowie Formatierung von Word
- und Excel-Dokumenten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Durchführung von Kurierfahrten/Botengängen sowie Organisation von Express-Aufträgen
- Reiseorganisation inkl. Abrechnung
- Vor
- und Nachbereiten von Terminen, Besprechungen und Reisen

**Ihr Profil**
- Studium der BWL oder anderer interdisziplinärer Studienrichtungen
- Erste praktische Erfahrung durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Leidenschaft für Ihre Aufgaben sowie Organisationsfreude
- Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
