**Be our next Hero - Join the world’s leading local delivery platform.** We are looking for an **Intern, Business Development for Global Food Services - APAC (all genders) **to join our **Global Food Services Team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. **If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin** **Your main dish**: **Support our strategy development for the APAC region** - Support our regional managers teams to develop and continually iterate strategies on how to drive growth and profitability of our concept brands and dark kitchens - Support in breaking down the larger vision for our concept brands and dark kitchens into yearly strategies and concrete projects - Support in evaluating financial impact of strategic projects and in identifying and quantifying the financial impact of projects and initiatives **Understand the business and generate insights** - Performance analysis: Analyse the performance of our brands, dishes and products and help finding appropriate solutions to further strengthen quality and revenue - Help the teams generate new insights: You will be the link between our regional teams and the central Business Intelligence team and support designing new data reports for our regional and local teams around the globe - Performance management: Preparing analyses and their visualisations for the performance management meetings with our colleagues in the regions - Support us in driving structural improvement projects from analysing the current processes to implementing operational adjustments in the markets and across stakeholders - Support or lead own projects like "Explore innovative automation solutions for our ghost kitchens worldwide" or “find bottlenecks in a certain process and make suggestions to eliminate them” **Knowledge sharing and communication** - Help us to transport learnings from one region to our other regions by improving our internal communication and knowledge sharing and contributing to our knowledge platform - Documentations: Creating hands-on knowledge guides that include our latest learnings and best practices from all of our markets **The ingredients you bring to the table**: - Graduated or graduating with a business degree (economics, business administration, industrial engineering & management, food sciences with economics focus or related fields) from a top tier university - First experience in the area of consulting, strategy development, product management, M&A, market research, pricing or banking - Used to working independently and responsibly, with the aim to deliver always highest quality results and insights - Excellent communication skills - with both direct and remote teams - Structured and organised manner - Hands-on and doer attitude - A passion for food and a sense for the latest trends is a plus - English is a must - ** Availability of at least 5 months full time **for the internship, starting in July or August** **About us**: As the world’s leading local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience, fast, easy, and to your door.
