We are currently looking for driven and passionate Retail Makeup Artists to join us this CHRISTMAS in Hamburg
Our Retail Makeup Artists represent the image, products and attitude of Charlotte Tilbury. As part of a dedicated Tilbury Team, you will consistently demonstrate the highest standards of artistry, product knowledge and customer service.
As a Retail Makeup Artist your key responsibilities will be to:
- Strive to achieve and exceed targets and KPI’s through delivering an exceptional customer experience and working collaboratively with your team
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge; you will be an expert in your role
- Consistently build a loyal clientele base, encouraging appointments and repeat bookings
- Demonstrate exceptional artistry skills whilst striving to learn more by attending all brand training and engaging with senior artists in the team
- Represent the ethos, products and image of Charlotte Tilbury at all times
- Exude passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer, delivering our philosophy of artistry made easy with a unique and personalised shopping experience
**Key requirements of a Retail Makeup Artist**:
- A minimum of 1-year retail experience
- Proven record of working towards sales goals and KPI targets
- Strong artistry skills; demonstrated the Charlotte Tilbury way
