General Description

Reporting to VP Marketing, you will be leading - both strategically and operationally - the Growth and Performance side of Marketing. Our Online Marketing channels include Influencer Marketing, Paid Social, Search, CRM, Affiliate and Cooperations, as well as Onsite Conversion Optimization. In sparring with Business Intelligence and the channel owners in your team, you constantly unlock growth potential with a data-driven approach. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, numbers driven marketing senior with a goal-getter mindset to join us at the exciting time of new growth and be one of the key contributors in driving it.

Your Role
- Co-develop and implement a growth oriented marketing strategy together with your team members (ca. 6), in sparring with colleagues from brand marketing, BI, product, sales, IT, Operations and C-level.
- Reporting to VP Marketing, you’ll find new ways to efficiently increase brand awareness, and enable growth by coaching your channel managers and optimize funnel strategy.
- Oversee monthly performance with top and bottom line goals.
- Analyze market, competitive and media landscape dynamics to identify and test new growth channels.
- Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure the alignment with our KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.).
- Lead and empower the team with a coach-leadership model and enable each team member to grow on a personal and professional level.

Your Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in a senior marketing position with team and budget responsibility, experience in growth oriented marketing, ideally with strong DTC channels
- Experience in both strategy development and operational execution
- University degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated budget accountability (annual budget planning, monthly target setting, monitoring performance and achieving targets)
- Proven leadership skills (hands-on and empowering) to manage a diverse, multilingual and multicultural team of experts based in different time zones
- Marketing experience especially in the following disciplines: Influencer Marketing, Paid Social, Search
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in management of budgets, timelines, projects and various assets/deliverables
- Demonstrated track record of leveraging data to make informed, impactful decisions
- You appreciate a fast-growing environment of a young company, which you are able to add value to with your own ideas.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English
