**Your daily tasks will include**

️ acting as first point of contact for People & Culture topics

️ taking the lead for contract management (e.g. the preparation and regular review of legal adjustments)

️ being the go-to-person for labor law issues, both internally and externally

️ implementing our compensation & benefits processes in collaboration with the global Comp & Ben team

️ taking over responsibility for global people relations projects (from conception to implementation incl. constant improvements)

️ supporting our colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g. health initiatives, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)

️ working on internal policies and other administrative tasks

**These skills will make you succeed in this role**

**️ **at least 2 years of job-relevant experience and strong knowledge of the labor law in the country you are located in

**️ **acting people-oriented, caring about the “feelgood” of others, and excellent collaboration skills

**️** showing your proactive way of working in identifying gaps, and taking ownership in finding solutions and driving initiatives

**️** curiousity about a diverse set of tasks and responsibilities within People & Culture

**️ **joy for creative work in a self-organized team

**️** clear and concise communication, you can persuade others while also being able to understand their perspective

**️** native German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
