**#Erstlösungsversuch basierend auf vorgegebenen Lösungsdaten**
**#Entgegennahme von Kundenanfragen und Eröffnen von Incidents oder Service Requests**
**#Fachliche und/oder hierarchische Eskalation der Vorgänge nach Prozessvorgabe**
**#Sicherstellen der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit**
**#Prüfung und Erfassung von Vertragsdaten**
**#Pflege von verschiedenen Datenbanken**
**Ihr Profil**:
**#Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse**
**#Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support, mit der Arbeitsweise im Service Desk und im Umgang mit ITSM-Tools**
**#Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Betriebssysteme, Netzwerk, Microsoft Standardprodukte**
**#ITIL-Kenntnisse bzw. entsprechende Zertifikate in IT-Servicemanagement**
**#Bereitschaft für Schichtdienst**
**Zeulenroda/ Jena/ Düsseldorf**
