Internship Hotel Operations

We are looking for an Intern to join our Hotel Operations team in Lübeck-Travemünde. Our Hotel Operations department is responsible for the hotel and gastronomy area on all vessels of TT-Line GmbH & Co. KG. The start date is as soon as possible and ideally you would stay with us for 6 months, with an option to extend.

**Your tasks**:

- Research / Productsearch
- Compile quotation and obtain offers
- Compilation of information material, operating instructions and training for our vessels
- Supporting the implementation on board e.g. presentation of new cleaning devices, organization of trainings
- Product analysis: sales on board shop / sales restaurant / cafeteria
- Compilation of result reports
- Taking responsibility for small projects shore and ashore

**Your qualifications**:

- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- You have already gained some practical experience
- Your English skills are very good (written and spoken)
- You are interested in the hotel and catering industry
- You are willing to travel
- You are proactive, able to work independently as well as in teams and have a talent for communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Driving license
