WHAT YOU DO
- You will oversee the visual output of our creative teams in Munich and London.
- You will ensure high-quality and consistent work across all channels.
- You will lead your team or, when required, the whole department, helping them realise their full potential and giving them the confidence to create remarkable work.
- You will elevate our creative collaborations by selecting the right external talent to work with.
- You will refine the creative process across the agency.
- You will build strong, trust-based client and account relationships.
- You will act as a gatekeeper to ensure best-in-class visual work.

WHO YOU ARE
- You must have proven experience as a Senior Creative Director or above.
- You are a strategic thinker, a persuasive presenter and a considerate listener.
- You are a natural leader with the ability to get the best out of creative teams.
- You provide leadership, mentoring, organisation and creative direction for your team.
- You are a team player who inspires and motivates.
- You are able to communicate towards your team and the client.
- You have strong presentation skills that allow the client to see the potential of the work.
- You have a customer-centric attitude in everything that you do.
- You keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry and beyond.
