What you’ll do & Who you are- You will report directly to the Head of Customer Service, responsible for the private customers in the German market- You lead a diverse team with specialist profiles in fraud & moderation, taking care of their development and objective achievement- You oversee the strategic direction of fraud & moderation in Customer Service- You are responsible for staffing and the operational delivery of the team in addition to their successful target achievement- You improve end-to-end the fraud & moderation performance of our outsourcing partners, as they provide the first level support to our customers- You analyse and identify opportunities if performance levels are not met and adjust moderation tools, activities and SOPs- You collaborate with Outsourcing management to keep a close eye to the relevant budget areas, while teaming-up with Operations and product teams to meet performance targets- You are on top of latest market trends in fraud & moderation- You use insights from our teams to share with broader CS team and to shape product roadmaps for fraud & moderation- You use customer-facing & Outsourcing metrics to identify (dis-)satisfaction drivers and align with relevant team members to improve those for your responsibilities

Who you are:
- You work in a hybrid mode, being on-site for important moments with us- 7+ years of relevant work experience within Fraud Operations / Service Delivery- You show knowledge of platform and/or marketplace business- You have gained 5 or more years of experience in leadership and team development- Your collaborative and agile mindset helps you to fast paced environment- Fluent in German and English- Systematic, structured and careful way of working- You have a proven track record of successful project and stakeholder management
