**Your mission**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect UAV systems, networks, and data infrastructure
- Oversee cyber risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response planning
- Ensure secure communication protocols for UAV operations, preventing hacking, signal interference, and data breaches
- Lead compliance with ITAR, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, and defense cybersecurity regulations
- Establish Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), secure boot, and cryptographic authentication measures
- Manage penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments for UAV hardware and software
- Collaborate with government agencies, defense partners, and regulatory bodies on security best practices
- Monitor emerging cyber threats, electronic warfare (EW) tactics, and AI-driven cyber defense strategies

**Your profile**:

- 8+ years experience in cybersecurity leadership, information security, or defense technology security
- Expertise in secure software development, cryptography, and embedded system security
- Strong knowledge of secure communication protocols (TLS, IPsec, PQC, quantum-resistant encryption)
- Experience with risk assessment, cyber forensics, and security operations (SOC)
- Familiarity with defense cybersecurity frameworks (ITAR, DFARS, FIPS 140-3, IEC 62443)
- Proficiency in security automation, SIEM tools, and AI-driven cybersecurity defense

Nice to have
- Experience in military cybersecurity, electronic warfare, or UAV/IoT security
- Background in AI-powered threat detection, deception techniques, and adversarial ML defense
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and secure UAV swarm communication
