Project Coordinator for Automotive Reference

In your new role you will:

- **Work closely with project stakeholders **like development, production, sample center and marketing within the team and from cross-divisional product lines, e.g. manage assembling, testing, export control, packing, shipping process and supporting other go-to-market activities
- **Drive development project phases **after design ready by using agile project management methods including holistic planning as well as supporting pricing, quality management and project stages control till discontinuation along the product lifecycle
- **Be responsible for Supplier management **e.g. partner network development and maintenance, PCB assembly, packaging and passive components manufacturers etc.
- **Support maintenance, release and update of online marketing and technical material **, including organization of technical trainings
- **Create reportings on a regular basis **at all levels of the organization and end-to-end project risk management
- **Support in managing the system laboratory **on topics related to the reference design.

This position is suitable for part-time.

You drive your topics forward with commitment, passion and proactivity and can quickly establish a trusting, constructive cooperation. Furthermore, you know how to use your performance potential and solve problems pragmatically and on your own responsibility. At the same time, your strong communication skills help you to work effectively with internal and external partners, both across departments and across countries.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **business administration and/or electrical engineering **with first working experience in a related field
- **Solid project management skills **and solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong **data analytical skill and execution capabilities **as well as the ability to adapt to new things quickly
- **A pro-active and strong team player mindset, **excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent language skills in **English and German**
