We are seeking a Senior Growth Strategist to further our growth initiatives in Germany. You will be leveraged for paid media, SEO/content, and performance creative strategies within your designated region. There will also be an emphasis on financial modeling as well as performance forecasting both for Directive and future clients in this region. This person will act as an individual contributor and will be a builder who can create strategies that drive client sales, growth and renewals. This role will be focused on approximately 70% new business and 30% marketing strategy.
The Senior Growth Strategist - Germany will report to the Managing Director of EMEA.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- The ability to sell from prospecting through completion
- Extensive knowledge of Performance Marketing (SEO, Paid Media, Performance Creative, etc)
- Understanding of the SaaS Sector in the German market
- The ability to drive and execute across multiple disciplines (SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Marketing Ops, and CRO)
- Strong accountability around hitting a revenue number every quarter
- Optimize and evolve systems, processes, assets, and presentations within the strategy deliverable
- Work alongside the internal marketing team to test and improve GTM strategies and campaigns in Germany
- Meet with prospective clients between interest and activation stages of the pipeline
- Partnering with operational departments in the US to deliver exceptional results to German clientele

- We increase our investment into Germany and build out production teams not just client services and sales in the region
- Ability to consistently move prospects through our sales process
- Maintain high NPS from German clients
**What You Offer**:
- Fluency in both German and English
- A passion for online marketing for SaaS
- Well versed in market research for GTM strategies
- Ability to orchestrate client strategy across multiple services/departments
- Ability to engage and sell prospects on Directive’s Customer Generation methodology
- History of bringing in new clients and growing a client base
