**Wir suchen**: Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n **Research Associate R&D Purification (m/w/d) **für unseren Forschungsstandort in Heidelberg.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Durchführung von Proteinaufreinigungsschritten im Rahmen der Prozessentwicklung (DSP) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem R&D und GMP Pilot Team
- Implementierung und Entwicklung innovativer, automatisierter Methoden der Proteinchromatographie
- Zeitnahe Dokumentation und Evaluierung von Ergebnissen, sowie deren Präsentation
- Mithilfe bei der allgemeinen Labororganisation
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreiche abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung als Biologielaborant/in, BTA) oder Bachelor (Biotechnologie/Biochemie oder ähnliches) und erste Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Proteinaufreinigungen und Filtrationsverfahren
- Sie verfügen über ein breites Spektrum proteinbiochemischer Methoden
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Äkta FPLC Systemen ist von Vorteil
- Routine im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
