**Your mission**:

- Manage financial accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and defense sector financial regulations (ITAR, FAR/DFARS, NATO procurement rules)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax-related accounting
- Implement and maintain internal controls, audits, and financial risk assessments
- Support cost accounting, project-based financial tracking, and defense contract financial structuring
- Collaborate with finance, tax, and legal teams to optimize financial reporting and cash flow management
- Work with ERP systems to enhance efficiency in financial operations

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years experience in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate finance
- Certification as Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) or equivalent financial qualification
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, financial compliance, and government contract accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting software
- Proficiency in cost accounting, balance sheet analysis, and budget planning

Nice to have
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology financial management
- Background in government contract accounting and defense sector financial compliance
- Knowledge of export control-related financial reporting (ITAR, EAR, BAFA compliance)
