Direct Line Feed Programs

To support our Operations Team at our customer side **in Speyer**, we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible

**Direct Line Feed Programs & Kitting Clerk (M/F/d)**

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reviews daily shipment schedule and, in discussion with other warehouse team members, plans and prioritizes daily work schedule to meet customer delivery requirements
- Monitor & set inventory levels for dedicated logical warehouses in CARDEX based on predefined inventory goals and work procedures defined
- Assure compliance to all related QM procedures
- Periodic interaction with internal and external customers
- Working directly with Sales and Purchasing to ensure the expediting of orders and customer requests.
- Responsible for setting goals, meeting and exceeding the expectations that all customer orders are processed according to customer expectation
- Participate and/or lead key projects to support continuous improvement philosophy and implementing operating standards to produce optimum results
- Provide training and guidance to team members and other key stakeholders
- Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned

**Basic Qualifications**:

- General Experience in DLF Program Management & Kitting
- Efficient communication flow internally and towards outside
- Customer service orientated
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient knowledge in MS Excel/PowerPoint. MS Access desirable
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Travel requirement to 3 different locations (main location in Speyer)
- Ability to interface and work effectively with other departments
- Must be flexible and multi task oriented, able to work in a fast pace environment
