Summary
We are looking for a "Head of Product License and Information Security (f/m/d)" for the "Product License and Information Security" area at the Cologne site as soon as possible.
With the "Product Security Competence Team (ProSecCo)" at the Cologne site, the "Product License and Information Security" department supports projects throughout Germany in complying with security requirements according to BSI-Grundschutz / ISO27K. This also includes consulting for new developments (development-accompanying concepts) as well as the assessment / concept update of existing systems.
Your Tasks- Disciplinary and technical management of assigned employees, decision-making on individual personnel measures- Company-internal acquisition, preparation of offers and performance of productive services for external customer orders of the responsible program area- Resource and workload planning in the area of responsibility- Planning and control of the cost center and its economic parameters- Thinking and acting across locations to continuously improve and expand the services of the area of responsibility- Maintaining and expanding internal customer relationships to strengthen cross-site and cross-divisional cooperation- Preparation and implementation of in-house information events, presentations, workshops, etc. on the service portfolio of the area of responsibility- Generation of synergies through networking and cross-location information exchange of internal customers- Participation in the further development of the IM organization to a business partner in the HENSOLDT Group- Performing the entrepreneurial duties for occupational health and safety and environmental protection at and for the Cologne site
