Based At: Based At: Wertheim Village / Ingolstadt Village (Home-Office possible)
**Position Summary**
Develop and create the annual content strategy plans and the production of the communications content for Wertheim & Ingolstadt Villages and the representation of the Bicester Collection Brand in Germany.
Adapt from Central guidelines the copy, content and tools for media, communication and sales channels which inspire the high spending and influential guest, additionally ensure & trans-create the messaging is locally relevant to our domestic guest audience.
By collaborating with the Village Marketing Director, Division heads, the Planning Team and Senior Village leaders, this content will unite the German Village Team around cohesive, influential storytelling and content that sells.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with Division heads to define the trends & communications calendar of the Village guest and partner strategy
- Introduce a Village editorial roster of content which considers social, cultural, travel, fashion and retail influences, together with commercial retail periods (Gifting, Holidays, etc) to be segmented for channels and audiences
- Introduce and manage the best in class systems, leading industry contributors and high performing suppliers which will result in optimum, influential content for our Village social, digital and website channels
- Explore innovative ways to communicate through new channel experts, new tech, new production to enhance quality of content and technique
- Coordinate with the Central Production Teams to localise central guidelines where applicable and protect the Bicester Collection brand imperatives
- Manage the production hub for tools, promotional materials, signage and archives
- Define the messaging hierarchy for the various quarters and throughout the year
**Background & Skills**:
- In your recent senior roles in Marketing (where you gained at least 10 years experience), you have acquired highest competence in marketing communication, paired with a thorough understanding of audiences and communication channel mix
- You set a specific focus on consistent brand building in a premium and luxury context, and can fully embrace the DNA of the Bicester Collection
- You focus on results, plan for success in a dynamic business context
- You know what’s coming next in luxury, fashion, retail and on social media. You can adjust trends to our needs and you permanently adapt and innovate - ultimately driving visitation and sales
- You are a strong team player with international work experience and - besides your communication skills - always pursue an analytical and data driven approach
- You have outstanding project management and coordination skills. You are well organised, able to plan, prioritise and put processes in place
- You are able to think creatively and solve problems - simply a hungry, creative self-starter who likes to build up things
- You are ready for new challenges every day and still keep the big picture even in an extremely fast pace and complex environment with different stakeholders that need to be aligned
- You bring excellent copy writing skills, finding the right tone of voice in native German and proficient in English.
